Terms of use
Last updated: 3 November 2026
These terms govern your use of the Workbreez platform. By using the Platform you accept them.
1. The service
Workbreez connects job applicants abroad with employers in Türkiye and supports application, verification, matching, work permits, travel and relocation. The employment contract is made directly between employer and worker; Workbreez is not a party to it.
2. Workers never pay
Applicants are never charged for registration, placement, visas, training or anything else. If anyone asks you for money in the name of Workbreez, do not pay and report it to us.
3. Applicants
- Upload accurate, current information and documents that belong to you.
- Do not use anyone else's identity or documents.
- Act honestly in interviews and offers.
4. Employers
- Give accurate company information and take part in verification.
- Post only real, lawful roles with accurate pay and conditions.
- Employ foreign workers only with a valid work permit, in line with Turkish Labour Law No. 4857, International Labour Force Law No. 6735 and related rules.
- Never charge workers any fee or hold their passports or documents.
- Use candidate data only for hiring, never share it with third parties, and comply with KVKK.
- Not bypass the Platform to hire candidates introduced through it (details in the employer agreement).
5. Verification and accounts
Workbreez takes reasonable care to verify employers and applicants but cannot guarantee that information supplied by others is fully accurate. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
6. Fees
Employer fees are set in the written offer or agreement. Posting roles and reviewing candidates is free.
7. Liability
Workbreez is not responsible for the employment relationship between employer and worker, for decisions of public authorities on permits, or for delays outside its control. The Platform is provided "as is" without a guarantee of uninterrupted service.
8. Personal data
How we process personal data is explained in our privacy notice.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts of Antalya have jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumers' statutory rights.
