Do workers pay anything?
Never. No registration, placement or visa fees. Employers cover all costs, and any request for money from a worker should be reported to us.
When do we pay?
Only when a candidate accepts your offer. Posting roles and reviewing candidates is free.
What if a hire leaves early?
If a worker leaves within the guarantee period agreed in your contract, we find a replacement at no extra fee.
Who pays for flights and permits?
The employer, as agreed in the offer. Workbreez can arrange them for you, or you can book them yourself.
Who applies for the work permit?
In Türkiye the employer applies to the Ministry of Labour. We prepare the complete file, track it and keep the worker informed.
